Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and Web3
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio of published trend reports or innovation frameworks
- Experience with futures simulation tools and foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform)
