Responsibilities
- Analyze megatrends in AI, biotech, and climate tech to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product strategy
- Produce strategic foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a global network of industry futurists and technologists
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling executive narratives
- Advise on emerging technology investments and M&A opportunities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy with future-oriented insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
