- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-concept solutions
- Monitor horizon-scanning data sources to validate predictive hypotheses
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech/societal impacts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
