Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $10M+ innovation budgets
- Pioneer patentable solutions in emerging verticals (neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Advocate future-proofing strategies to C-suite and global policymakers
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our FutureWorks Academy
- Author thought leadership in Nature/Future Tech journals
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Systems Biology, or equivalent futurist credentials
- 5+ years leading R&D in quantum/AI/climate tech convergence
- Published research in top-tier scientific journals (h-index >30)
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Strategic advisory experience with Fortune 500 or UN bodies
