- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Curate external partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies through governance frameworks
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and disruption resilience
- Present visionary insights at global industry forums and investor summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CF from APF)
