Responsibilities

- Design strategic innovation frameworks for clients navigating post-2025 disruptions (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, climate resilience)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align C-suite teams on 2026 digital transformation priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and R&D centers for emerging technology scouting
- Create competitive intelligence dashboards tracking macroeconomic shifts affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists on trend synthesis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling for 2025+ horizons
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, biotech convergence
- Executive-level presentation skills with C-suite stakeholder experience
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ trend analysis and strategic impact
