Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present quarterly future-state scenarios to the Board of Directors and investors
- Champion a culture of exponential thinking across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services with $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Fluency in future-casting tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, McKinsey Three Horizons)
