Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototyping of next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging market opportunities
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints focused on exponential technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovation roadmaps
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
