Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends, technologies, and disruptions relevant to 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready innovations into core business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage cross-functional R&D sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum AI and biotech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on transformational strategy execution
