Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their commercial implications through proprietary foresight frameworks
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients with 10-year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and executives to translate future scenarios into executable initiatives
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models published in industry-leading journals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and disruptors through exclusive FutureScope events
- mentor junior strategists in advanced scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
