Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast disruptive innovations by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients adopting emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for paradigm shifts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles in high-stakes technological deployments
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic implementations
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CFTE)
