Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to identify paradigm shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product development
- Author '2026 Vision Briefs' for investors and government partners
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Trend Synthesis Methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Published thought leadership on 2020s megatrends (e.g., AGI, climate adaptation)
- Expertise in scenario planning and system dynamics modeling
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning platforms)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
