Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological, societal, and economic trends shaping 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation ecosystem
- Author thought leadership content and represent company at global forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of incubating and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
