Responsibilities
- Map and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and engineering teams
- Present future insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for emerging domains
- Author whitepapers on long-term socio-technical disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in tech forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least one emerging domain (AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
