- Conduct horizon scanning across geopolitical, environmental, and technological domains

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, CPSM)
