Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products for next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Develop and implement methodologies for technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) across business units
- Present innovation strategies and progress to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation within the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology innovation, strategy, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies or products
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight (preferred)
