Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and biometric AI systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage tech adoption
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and autonomous system regulation
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Mentor a team of futurists and research scientists
- Monitor global tech policy shifts to align innovation with regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technological disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating successful scaling of R&D initiatives
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 24027 ethical AI standards
