As a key member of our Global Futures Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and venture partners to translate cutting-edge trends into actionable business strategies. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology convergence, and sustainable tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable impact on business growth
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) and assess market readiness
- Lead high-stakes incubation projects for breakthrough technologies
- Partner with venture capital to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and mentor an innovation lab team of futurists and technologists
- Drive thought leadership through industry conferences and whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futures research
- Proven track record in launching technologies with 5+ year impact horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Certification in innovation management or futures research preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented innovations
