- Manage a global team of futurists, quantum engineers, and AI ethicists
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through government grants and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech with proven experience in quantum computing or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on disruptive technologies
- MSc/PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or related field from top-tier institution
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Security clearance for classified defense innovation projects
