Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global supply chain disruptions and geopolitical shifts
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future market demands
- Identify patent opportunities and competitive intelligence in emerging sectors
- Represent QuantumLeap at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Maintain proprietary database of 2026 trend indicators and disruptor signals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in industry journals or whitepapers
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario modeling frameworks
