- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and sustainability teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings published in industry journals
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks using predictive analytics and AI-driven trend detection
- Present strategic futures to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI trajectories)
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational strategy implementation
