Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using machine learning and scenario planning
- Produce executive-level foresight reports influencing C-suite decisions
- Curate and manage a global network of futurist thought leaders
- Design innovation frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, bio-convergence)
- Present findings at Davos-level forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures studies journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Fluency in 3+ languages preferred
