Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in quantum computing, biotech, and AI
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify strategic technology investments for competitive advantage
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for next-gen tech solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal tech showcases
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy)
- Portfolio demonstrating previous technology transformation projects
