As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll identify disruptive trends, develop long-term technology frameworks, and lead cross-functional initiatives that shape our 2026 technology ecosystem. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry partners to transform visionary concepts into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030 horizon
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Develop implementation roadmaps for strategic technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with $5M+ annual budgets
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on future tech
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with futures methodology and scenario planning
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published research or thought leadership in emerging technologies
