Responsibilities

- Lead research in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget across 15+ experimental projects
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry conferences
- Mentor emerging tech talent in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI, nanotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching 3+ successful future-tech initiatives
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar strategic foresight credential
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
