Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Strategy: Define and execute the technical vision for systems capable of supporting 2026 and beyond, integrating cutting-edge AI and machine learning capabilities.
- System Modernization: Overhaul legacy infrastructure to adopt next-generation cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Serverless) ensuring zero downtime and maximum scalability.
- Future Tech Integration: Research, prototype, and deploy emerging technologies such as Generative AI models and edge computing solutions to enhance product performance.
- Talent & Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business goals into robust technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art security protocols and ensure full compliance with global data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture Skills: Proven track record designing microservices and distributed systems.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), neural networks, or data pipeline architecture.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through complex technical challenges and agile methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
