Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for 2026-era software architecture, focusing on scalability and AI integration.
- Lead the design and implementation of high-performance cloud-native microservices and serverless functions.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications to enhance product capabilities.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee system reliability, security, and performance monitoring across global infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, TypeScript) and frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Proven track record of architecting scalable systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including neural networks, NLP, and vector databases.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
