Responsibilities
- Design scalable digital ecosystems integrating quantum computing, AI, and IoT for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, ethicists, and domain specialists in prototype development
- Develop regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies while maintaining ethical compliance
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations and create strategic adoption roadmaps
- Present ecosystem architectures to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
- Mentor junior architects in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or distributed ledger systems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future-facing technologies
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for AI/autonomous systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three scalable ecosystem implementations
- Security clearance eligibility for federal collaboration projects
