Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and oversee the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, focusing on the evolution from current models to autonomous agents.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Drive technical excellence in model training, fine-tuning, and inference optimization to reduce latency and cost.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and legal teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into business operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and vector database architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
