In this role, you will push the boundaries of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), focusing on scalable reasoning and autonomous systems designed for the next decade.
As a core member of our R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical mathematics and real-world application, building the foundational models that will define the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect and train next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for complex, long-horizon reasoning tasks.
- Implement novel reinforcement learning algorithms to improve the autonomy and decision-making capabilities of AI agents.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging quantum computing concepts into classical AI workflows.
- Collaborate with a world-class team of data scientists, ethicists, and software engineers to ensure responsible and safe AI deployment.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and publish high-impact findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals.
- Mentor junior researchers and provide technical guidance on architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML models in production environments.
- Strong grasp of linear algebra, calculus, probability theory, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
