Responsibilities
- Design scalable AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Conduct risk assessments for novel AI applications in healthcare, finance, and urban planning
- Lead cross-functional working groups on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Develop policy recommendations for international AI governance standards
- Create educational programs for stakeholders on responsible AI deployment
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Technology Policy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks or regulatory guidelines
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and OECD AI principles
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Experience working with quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Strong background in participatory governance methodologies
