Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting cycle counts.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy stock within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safe Workspace: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Truck Loading: Load and unload trailers efficiently and securely using proper equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping labels.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and consistent work attendance.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Documentation: Valid state ID and ability to pass a background check.
