- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using provided technology
- Maintain organized inventory with provided handheld devices
- Follow safety protocols using provided PPE and equipment
- Collaborate with team using provided communication tools
- Perform quality checks using provided inspection equipment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate provided equipment after training
- Strong attention to detail with provided inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with provided ergonomic equipment
- Valid driver's license (for provided vehicle operations)
- Reliable transportation to Cincinnati facility
- Ability to work in climate-controlled warehouse with provided climate gear
