Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a smile, providing assistance and answering questions about products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store remains clean and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stockroom organization and inventory counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in cash handling.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
