Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and issue resolution
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, displays, and inventory organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently while processing returns/exchanges per policy
- Participate in inventory management including stock receiving, counts, and replenishment
- Uphold safety standards and assist with loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years retail/customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for off-site deliveries
- Basic knowledge of retail merchandising principles and inventory control
- Proven teamwork ethic and collaborative problem-solving abilities
