Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in company databases
- Process high-volume transactional data with precision and timeliness
- Verify data integrity using cross-referencing techniques
- Generate daily productivity reports and submit to team leads
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain organized physical/digital filing systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience preferred
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to downtown LA location
- Basic knowledge of database management systems
