Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update information into company databases and software systems.
- Review and correct data discrepancies with high attention to detail and minimal supervision.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents to ensure efficient record retrieval.
- Meet daily and weekly data entry quotas efficiently while maintaining high accuracy rates.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on completed tasks to ensure compliance.
- Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor regarding data discrepancies or technical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry or general administrative roles preferred but not required (training provided).
- Typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and web-based systems).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management abilities.
