Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and client data into our secure database systems.
- Verify and correct errors in existing records to ensure data integrity.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files in an orderly manner.
- Perform routine quality checks on data entries before submission.
- Communicate with team leads regarding daily targets and data discrepancies.
- Update spreadsheets and databases with new information as it becomes available.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM (words per minute).
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs).
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
