Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in proprietary databases and CRM systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Generate daily/weekly reports and analytics for departmental review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Train on and utilize company-provided hardware/software efficiently
- Conduct regular data backups and system maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management tools
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of data security protocols
