Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and VIP assistance
- Operate ticket scanning and credential verification systems
- Coordinate with security and event management teams
- Execute crowd control measures during peak attendance
- Set up and break down event infrastructure efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
