Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage guest check-ins, distribute badges or tickets, and answer general venue inquiries.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event areas, including tables, chairs, and signage.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the event duration.
- Monitor the venue for safety and security compliance, reporting any issues immediately to management.
- Interact positively with attendees, vendors, and clients to enhance the overall event experience.
- Support the Event Coordinator with specific tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often 4-6 hours at a time.
- Reliable transportation to and from the event location.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to dress codes.
