Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues per client specifications
- Manage attendee registration and credential verification
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols
- Assist with audiovisual equipment coordination
- Collect and process payments using mobile POS systems
- Submit daily shift reports via mobile app
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
