Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming attendees with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
- Event Set-Up and Breakdown: Assist in the efficient setup of event venues, including furniture arrangement, signage, and promotional materials.
- Crowd Management: Monitor crowd flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
- Registration and Check-In: Manage guest lists, scan tickets, and distribute badges or swag bags at entrance points.
- Usher Duties: Guide guests to their seats or areas of interest and assist with any special requests.
