Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including ticket scanning, crowd control, and attendee assistance
- Execute event safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event operations
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces during and after events
- Represent EventPro with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Basic problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
- Willingness to complete paid online training modules
