Responsibilities
- Manage crowd flow and ensure guest safety at venue entrances/exits
- Assist with event setup, equipment handling, and breakdown procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Monitor access points and verify credentials for VIP/security zones
- Coordinate with venue staff and event managers for seamless operations
- Enforce venue policies and maintain professional conduct at all times
- Report incidents and operational issues to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous event/concert experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of crowd control techniques and emergency protocols
- Reliable transportation to Anaheim event locations
- Must pass mandatory background check
