Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock merchandise accurately on shelves and display areas following store layout plans
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and company stocking standards
Qualifications
- Availability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start) including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and organization
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
