Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise according to planograms and store standards
- Organize and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and optimal product availability
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to coordinate stocking priorities and time management
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during all tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Early morning availability (typically 4 AM - 12 PM shifts)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
