Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments in the sales floor during early morning hours (4 AM - 11 AM)
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO principles
- Maintain organized, visually appealing displays following company standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to prepare for daily store operations
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to store management
- Support store cleanliness and safety protocols throughout shift
Qualifications
- Available to work shifts starting between 4 AM - 6 AM daily
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management and price verification
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
