Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and safely unload delivery trucks
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom conditions
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and minimize waste
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient stocking operations
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory management tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and company stocking procedures
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
