Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in neighborhoods and parks while maintaining control
- Provide feeding, hydration, and waste cleanup services
- Monitor pet health and behavior; report concerns to owners
- Maintain detailed activity logs and client communication
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Build trust-based relationships with pets and owners
- Attend monthly training sessions for skill development
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to walk dogs in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes (up to 80 lbs)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- No formal experience required (training provided)
